Important Delivery Instructions

Tampered Parcel Policy

Unboxing Video Requirement

  • The video must begin before opening the parcel
  • Shipping label and package condition must be visible

This helps us investigate and resolve issues quickly.


Failed Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Refused delivery

the order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
