    Yes, we aim to deliver products exactly as shown. However, slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings and printing processes.

    You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

    • The product is damaged
    • The product is defective
    • You received the wrong item

    To process your request, please provide:

    • Unboxing video
    • Clear photos of the product

    We currently do not offer free returns or exchanges for size issues.
    Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.

    Refunds are only applicable if:

    • The product is damaged, defective, or misprinted

    Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

    If your item is damaged or defective:

    • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
    • Share an unboxing video and images

    After verification, we will replace or refund the product at no extra cost.

    Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed for production since all products are made-to-order.

    If delivery fails due to:

    • Incorrect address
    • Customer not available
    • Order refusal

    The order may be returned (RTO). Re-shipping will require additional charges.

    If your order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will:

    • Issue a replacement
      or

    Provide a full refund

    Yes, COD is available for selected locations. Additional charges may apply.

    • Processing time: 2–5 business days
    • Delivery time (India): 2–7 business days after dispatch

    A small size variation (±0.5 inch) is normal in apparel manufacturing and is not considered a defect.
