Return & Exchange Policy

Return / Exchange Window

You can request a:

  • Return within 3 days of delivery
  • Exchange within 3 days of delivery

To request a return or exchange, contact us at:

Please use your registered email address and include your Order ID.


Eligible Returns

Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • The wrong size or wrong product

We will arrange a reverse pickup whenever service is available in your location.

If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers must self-ship the product to our return address.


Size Issues / Preference-Based Returns

If you wish to return or exchange due to:

  • Size preference
  • Color variation
  • Change of mind
  • Design preference

The product must be self-shipped to our return address.

Reverse pickup is not available for preference-based returns.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Product must be unused and unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Product must be in resellable condition

Items failing quality inspection may not qualify for refunds or exchanges.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Limited edition drops
  • Custom printed or personalized products
  • Mystery Box products
  • Bulk orders above 10 items
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale

Exchanged items cannot be exchanged again.


Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Self-Shipping Address

Customers must safely pack and ship the product to the return address shared by our support team after approval.

We recommend using a trackable courier service.


Important Notes

Parcel Acceptance Policy

Please do not accept parcels that appear:

  • Opened
  • Tampered
  • Damaged
  • Repacked

Claims related to tampered packages may not be accepted once the parcel is received by the customer.


Video Proof Requirement

For incorrect or damaged product claims, an unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must clearly show:

  • Package condition
  • Shipping label
  • Product received
  • Issue or damage

Without proper video proof, claims may be rejected.


Order Marked Delivered But Not Received

If your order status shows “Delivered” but you did not receive it:

Please contact us within 24 hours at:

After this period, courier investigations may not be possible due to logistics partner limitations.

Investigation timelines may take 7–15 business days.


Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order.

To cancel:
Email hello@opsmindco.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Cancellation reason

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped or processed for dispatch.


Failed Delivery / RTO Orders

If a customer refuses to accept the order during delivery:

  • Return shipping and handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount
  • Remaining balance will be refunded after the parcel returns to us
